1 .Q: What is an airport transfer service?
A: An airport transfer service is a transportation service that provides pick-up and drop-off services between airports and other locations, such as hotels, homes, or business addresses. It offers a convenient and reliable option for travelers to reach their destinations safely and comfortably.
2. Q: How do I book an airport transfer?
A: Booking an airport transfer is easy. You can make a reservation by sending us an email providing your travel details, such as the airport, date, time, and pick-up/drop-off locations as well as number of people traveling. Our team will send you all available options usually within 24 hours (it may take longer on public and national holidays and / or weekends), and you can choose the vehicle type that suits your needs and preferences. Once you confirm your booking, you will receive a confirmation with all the necessary details.
3. Q: How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
A: It is recommended to book your airport transfer as soon as your travel plans are confirmed, especially during peak travel seasons or if you have specific requirements. Booking in advance ensures availability and allows us to plan and arrange the best service for you. Minimum of 24 hours in advance is recommended as in some cases we may not be able to assist you in shorter time span.
4. Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?
A: We monitor flight arrivals in real-time, and our drivers adjust their schedules accordingly. If your flight is delayed, there is no need to worry. We will automatically reschedule your pick-up time to match the updated arrival time of your flight. Our drivers will be waiting for you when you land.
5. Q: How much time do I have before I need to meet with the airport team (where available) or driver for airport and address (hotel, office, fair grounds etc.) departure transfers.
A: For Airport pick-ups, transfer vehicle will wait for 45 minutes after the plane lands. If the passenger(s) are not out during this time;
* the transfer agent terminates the transfer service without waiting beyond the 45 minutes. In this case, the transfer service is considered a no-show and the payment is not refunded.
* with your approval, assuming the vehicle/driver is available to wait (subject to availability of the vehicle/driver), will continue to wait for the passengers. However extra cost will be added to the transfer fee agreed upon.
For Address departing transfer services; transfer vehicle will wait for 15 minutes after the agreed pick up time. If the passenger(s) are not out during this time;
* the transfer agent terminates the transfer service without waiting beyond the 15 minutes. In this case, the transfer service is considered a no-show and the payment is not refunded.
* with your approval , assuming the vehicle/driver is available to wait (subject to availability of the vehicle/driver), will continue to wait for the passengers. However extra cost will be added to the transfer fee agreed upon.
6. Q: How will I recognize my driver at the airport?
A: Our drivers will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point, typically in the arrivals area, holding a sign when / if allowed with your name or a different sign which we will send you details. We provide clear instructions and details about the meeting point in your booking confirmation. In case of any difficulty finding your driver, our customer support team is available to assist you.
7. Q: Are your drivers licensed and professional?
A: Yes, all our drivers are licensed, experienced, and professional. They are trained to provide safe and courteous service. We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our drivers deliver the highest level of professionalism and hospitality.
8. Q: Can I request additional stops during the transfer?
A: Yes, additional stops can be requested during the transfer, subject to availability and within a reasonable distance from the original pick-up and drop-off locations. Please mention any additional stops when making your reservation or inform your driver in advance. Additional charges may apply, depending on the duration and distance of the stops.
9. Q: What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
A: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please refer to our cancellation policy, which can be found on our offer correspondence or in your booking confirmation. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, there may be cancellation fees or refund policies in place.
10. Q: How can I pay for my booking?
A: Payments are expected at the time of the booking. We offer a variety of payment methods to suit your preferences, including credit/debit cards, and bank transfers, allowing you the flexibility to choose the most convenient option for paying for your airport transfer booking. For credit card payments a 3% - 5% bank commission will be added to the total amount.
