What information do I need in order to book?
Details to Include on your booking:
Pick-up Location : Location from where your transfer service will start. This may be an airport or a hotel. More locations will be added in the near future.
Drop-off Location : Location where you need to be dropped off. This may be an airport or a hotel. More locations will be added in the near future.
Pick up date : Date when you will arrive at your destination and when you need your transfer service to be booked on.
Pick up time :

Return date : Date when you will arrive at your destination and when you need your transfer service to be booked on.
Return time :
Total number of passengers - please enter number of Adults, Children (age 02 - 12) and Infants (age 00 - 02) separately.
How do I pay for my transfer?
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. We offer several payment options;
1. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Surcharges may apply and are detailed during the booking process.
2. You have the option to deposit Money in your account in advance and pay for each transfer as you go. Amount of each transfer is deducted from the total deposit amount. However please be advised that if you do not have sufficient amount in your account to pay for a transfer ,we will not be able to confirm your booking.
3. If there is more than 2 weeks until the start of your transfer, you may opt to send us a payment via wire transfer. Bank commissions and costs involved are your responsibility as we expect full payment to reach our bank account before your transfer request is approved.
What happens when I make a reservation?
Once you've completed your booking, the details are sent electronically to the supplier. The supplier then makes the appropriate arrangements according to the information you provided when making your booking. It is therefore imperative that you provide the correct information when booking, as the supplier cannot be held responsible for errors in service due to incorrect information provided at time of booking. It is up to you to check the details on the booking voucher prior to travel, and inform us immediately if there are any errors.
I am having trouble paying for my transfer, how can I make payment?
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking by the website. We have a 3D secure payment system in place which means when you book, you need to submit your card password before the booking confirms. Should the card be rejected you will need to contact your card issuer. Should you not be able to remember your 3D secure password your bank will give you the option to reset the password at the time your card is charged when you make your transfer booking.
How safe is it to use my credit/debit card on your website?
We operate our website with an SSL certificate to ensure safe encryption of your details. When you select to book the website becomes secure, you also have to pass standard 3D secure in order for the booking to be confirmed.
I need to be picked up from a different address/hotel how can I book this?
If you wish to book a different pick up address to where you will be dropped off you will have to make separate one way bookings to cover your full route. The one way options are selectable on the search box either airport to resort or resort to airport.
I want to book a transfer but the people travelling with me arrive on different flights, how do I book?
At the booking stage, one name and one flight detail is required. We therefore recommend that the details provided are those of the person whose flight lands last, this will ensure all the other passengers are already waiting for them and in turn no rise of a delay at the airport.
Can I book a one way transfer to the airport?
Yes. For One Way transfer, proceed to enter the information and DO NOT choose the Add Return option and enter the Pick Up Location details and the Drop Off Location (airport)
How much luggage can I take with me?
The luggage allowance per person is one standard suitcase, (approximately 70cm high x 47cm wide, and 21cm deep), as well as one small piece of hand luggage. Please keep in mind that your hand luggage will be transported in the vehicle with you, so it should be an appropriate size.
If you have booked one of our private vehicle options and are bringing a pushchair or foldable wheelchair please ensure your vehicle is large enough e.g. if you are travelling in a party of four people with a pushchair and luggage please ensure you book a vehicle suitable for five people.
- Excess Luggage:
If you have booked a shared shuttle service sports equipment, such as ski or golf bags, surf boards or bicycles, are classed as excess luggage and may be chargeable.
If you have booked a private vehicle and our partner is unable to fit excess luggage or large suitcases you may be asked to pay for a second vehicle on arrival.
Can I book a shuttle to my private villa?
Unfortunately, our partners are unable to operate a shared shuttle service to a private address. If you wish to use the address of a nearby hotel as a drop off point please note that you do so at your own risk. Alternatively, for a door to door service, please book one of our private vehicle options.
I need to be picked up from a different address. How can I book this?
If you wish to book a different pick up address to your drop off address you will have to make two separate one way bookings.
