Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations relating to the use of transfer reservation services provided by Adiogo ("Adiogo," "the Company," "we," "us," "our").
All users who visit the Adiogo website, make a reservation, or make use of our services declare that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Adiogo is a Turkey-based reservation and organization platform that provides transfer services to its customers through independent and professional local transportation service providers operating in different countries around the world.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, these Terms apply to all reservations made through Adiogo.
2. Definitions
Within the scope of these Terms of Service:
Adiogo — Refers to the platform that organizes transfer reservations and coordinates the reservation between the customer and the local transportation service provider.
Customer — Refers to the natural or legal person who makes a reservation through Adiogo.
Passenger — Refers to the person who will benefit from the transfer service. The person making the reservation and the passenger are not required to be the same person.
Local Service Provider — The independent transportation company or driver operating in the relevant country that actually performs the transfer service.
Reservation — The transfer request made by the customer through Adiogo for a specific date, time, and route.
Transfer Service — The private transportation service provided between the airport, hotel, port, train station, city center, or two points specified by the customer.
3. Scope of Services
Adiogo offers private transfer reservation services in many countries around the world. Services offered include:
- Airport transfers
- Hotel transfers
- Private transportation within the city
- Intercity transfers
- Cruise port transfers
- Train station transfers
- Corporate transportation solutions
- VIP and private chauffeur-driven vehicle services
- Group transfers
The scope of services, vehicle type, driver characteristics, and additional services may vary by destination.
Rather than providing transfer services directly with its own vehicle fleet, Adiogo organizes them through reliable local business partners operating in different countries around the world.
4. Reservation Process
The creation of a reservation request does not automatically mean the transfer service is finalized. For a reservation to be finalized:
- the required information must be provided in full,
- a suitable vehicle must be available,
- the local service provider must confirm the reservation,
- the required payment must be completed.
Reservation confirmation is finalized with the written reservation confirmation sent by Adiogo to the customer.
The customer is responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided during the reservation.
5. Accuracy of Reservation Information
The customer guarantees that the following information is accurate and complete:
- Passenger name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Flight number (if applicable)
- Transfer date
- Transfer time
- Number of passengers
- Luggage information
- Pickup and drop-off points
Adiogo cannot be held responsible for delays, additional charges, or failure to perform the service arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
When a change needs to be made to reservation information, the customer should contact Adiogo as soon as possible.
Adiogo may request verification of reservation information when it deems necessary to maintain service quality.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices offered by Adiogo are calculated based on the pricing in effect on the date the reservation request is created.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment must be completed at the time of reservation for the reservation to be finalized.
Payments may be made by bank transfer/EFT to the bank account notified by Adiogo, or through the secure payment methods offered on the website.
Particularly for international transfer reservations, the local service providers Adiogo works with may request advance payment to confirm the reservation. For this reason, a firm reservation confirmation cannot be obtained from the relevant service provider until payment is completed, and the transfer service cannot be guaranteed.
Following completion of payment, the reservation is confirmed and a written reservation confirmation is sent to the customer.
Additional stops not specified during the reservation, route changes, exceeding the waiting time, or additional services provided at the customer's request may be subject to additional charges. Such charges will be communicated to the customer in advance whenever possible.
Adiogo reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors arising from clear typographical errors, systemic pricing errors, or technical malfunctions. In such a case, the customer will be informed and has the right to decide whether to proceed with the reservation at the updated price.
7. Reservation Changes
Customers may request changes to their reservation regarding date, time, flight information, vehicle type, or route.
Change requests should be submitted as far in advance of the service date as possible.
Acceptance of requested changes depends on:
- the availability of the local service provider,
- vehicle availability,
- operational conditions at the destination.
Some changes may require an additional fee. In such a case, the customer will be informed before the change is confirmed.
Change requests made very shortly before the transfer time cannot be guaranteed to be accommodated.
8. Cancellation Policy
When a customer wishes to cancel their reservation, the request must be submitted to Adiogo in writing.
The evaluation of cancellation requests may vary depending on the cancellation conditions of the local service provider in the country where the reservation will take place.
Unless otherwise specified during the reservation, the following general rules apply:
- Cancellations made sufficiently in advance of the service date may receive a full or partial refund.
- A cancellation fee may apply for cancellations made shortly before the service date.
- Refunds may not be provided for cancellation requests made after the transfer time has begun.
- "No Show" (the passenger not being present at the specified location and time) — the reservation is considered used and no refund will be given.
Refund amounts may be calculated after deducting any charges applied by the local service provider, bank fees, and, if applicable, payment processor transaction fees.
9. Waiting Time and "No Show" Policy
For transfer services, drivers wait for the passenger for a reasonable waiting period determined according to the destination and reservation type.
For airport transfers, if flight information is shared accurately, the waiting time may be calculated based on the actual landing time of the flight.
A reservation may be considered a "No Show" if the passenger:
- does not arrive at the specified meeting point,
- does not make contact with the driver,
- exceeds the reasonable waiting time,
- provides incorrect contact information.
In such a case, the transfer may be considered as having been performed, and a refund may not be provided.
10. Flight Delays and Cancellations
It is important for customers to share the correct flight number when making a reservation.
When accurate flight information is shared, flight delays are tracked to the extent possible, and the local service provider attempts to plan according to the updated arrival time.
However, the following are circumstances beyond Adiogo's control:
- delays caused by airlines,
- flight cancellations,
- diversions,
- connection changes,
- delays in baggage delivery.
Adiogo will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in such situations, but cannot be held directly responsible for delays or cancellations arising from third parties.
If there is a change to the customer's flight information, the customer must inform Adiogo as soon as possible.
11. Passenger Responsibilities
For the transfer service to be carried out smoothly, the customer and passenger agree to the following obligations:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of reservation.
- Be present at the specified meeting point at the reservation time.
- Notify Adiogo as soon as possible of any changes to flight information.
- Behave respectfully toward the driver and other passengers.
- Avoid behavior that would endanger the safety of the service.
- Comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country visited.
The customer is responsible for any delays, additional costs, or failure to perform the service arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
12. Luggage Policy
The vehicle type selected during the reservation is planned according to the passenger and luggage information provided by the customer.
The customer is obliged to fully declare the number of pieces of luggage and any special items (bicycles, ski equipment, golf bags, strollers, musical instruments, etc.) at the time of reservation.
Luggage exceeding the vehicle's capacity may require the allocation of an additional vehicle. Any additional costs arising from this are the customer's responsibility.
For safety reasons, the driver may refuse to carry luggage that exceeds the vehicle's capacity.
Adiogo and local service providers make reasonable efforts regarding personal items left in luggage, but cannot guarantee against lost or forgotten items.
13. Child Passengers and Child Seats
Child safety is a shared responsibility of the customer and local traffic regulations.
If an infant or child seat is required, this request must be clearly stated at the time of reservation.
Child seat service is provided depending on the destination and vehicle availability.
Adiogo cannot be held responsible for failure to provide a suitable seat due to incorrect age or weight information being provided.
Where required by local regulations, the driver has the right not to begin the transfer service if a suitable child seat is not available.
The local supplier may charge an additional fee for the requested child seat. In such a case, this additional fee will be passed on to you.
14. In-Vehicle Conduct Rules
For the safety and comfort of all passengers, the following rules must be observed. The following are not acceptable inside the vehicle:
- Smoking or using electronic cigarettes,
- Consuming alcohol or illegal substances,
- Behavior that damages the vehicle,
- Actions that distract the driver,
- Behavior that disturbs other passengers.
Damages arising from conduct in violation of these rules may be charged to the customer.
Where deemed necessary, the driver may terminate the transfer service for safety reasons.
15. Circumstances Under Which Service May Be Refused
Adiogo or the local service provider may refuse to provide service or terminate the transfer under the following circumstances:
- The passenger engages in aggressive or threatening behavior,
- The passenger is under the excessive influence of alcohol or drugs,
- The passenger endangers vehicle safety,
- The passenger is carrying prohibited items,
- The passenger arrives with excessive luggage not declared at the time of reservation,
- The passenger makes requests that would result in a violation of local laws,
- The vehicle's capacity is exceeded.
Adiogo is not responsible for any loss or expense arising from the inability to perform the service under such circumstances.
16. Local Service Providers
Adiogo organizes transfer services through independent local transportation companies operating in different countries around the world.
The relevant local service provider is responsible for the actual performance of the transfer service.
Adiogo provides intermediation and coordination services regarding:
- reservation organization,
- customer communication,
- payment coordination,
- reservation tracking.
Local service providers are subject to the legal regulations, licensing requirements, and insurance obligations of their own countries.
17. Limitation of Liability
Subject to mandatory consumer legislation in force, Adiogo cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the following:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adiogo's total liability to the customer is limited to the service fee paid by the customer for the relevant reservation.

Adiogo cannot be held responsible for delay, postponement, or cancellation of the service arising from such circumstances. However, reasonable efforts will be made to inform the customer and offer alternative solutions to the extent possible.
19. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
Adiogo attaches importance to the confidentiality of its customers' personal data.
Personal information shared during the reservation process is used solely for the purposes of:
- creating the reservation,
